Currently I am offering virtual appointments throughout California and in-person sessions in Birmingham, Alabama . No need to worry about commuting or finding parking. Therapy is more accessible and convenient.

For Alabama residents, my fee is $165 for 50-minute sessions for individuals, and $200 for couples.

For CA residents, my fee is $225 for 50-minute sessions for individuals, and $250 for couples.

I do not accept insurance at this time. As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Most of my clients are reimbursed 50-80% from their insurance PPO’s after meeting their deductible.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning that if you are unable to attend your session we ask for a 24 hour notice in order to avoid paying our cancellation fee which is the full fee of your session.

Let’s say you are traveling from the north, near Birmingham, AL: 

• Get onto I-65 S toward Montgomery. Head south for 8.5 miles.  You should pass by the University of Alabama at Birmingham, George Ward Park, and the Wildwood Preserve.

• Once you reach exit 252, use the right lane to take the exit towards US-31 N. 

• At the intersection of Lorna Rd and US-31 N, take a left onto US-31 N. Continue driving under the I-65 overpass for 0.7 miles. 

• Once you reach Vestavia Pkwy, turn right and continue past the Birmingham School of Music and 601 Centerview Dr. Take the next left, then turn right into the parking lot of The Walker Building. Our office is located in Suite 406!

Let’s say you are traveling from the south, near Alabaster, AL: 

• Get onto I-65 N and continue north for 13 miles. Along the way, you should pass Cahaba Valley Rd, and Williamsburg. 

• After you reach exit 252, use the right lane to take exit 252 to merge onto US-31 N.

• After merging onto US-31 N, continue north until you reach Vestavia Pkwy.

• Once you reach Vestavia Pkwy, turn right and continue past the Birmingham School of Music and 601 Centerview Dr. Take the next left, then turn right into the parking lot of The Walker Building. Our office is located in Suite 406!

Let’s say you are traveling from the east, near Meadowbrook, AL: 

• Get onto US-280 W and continue west past the Cahaba River and Grandview Medical Center.

• After you pass the bridge over I-459, use the left 2 lanes to turn left and merge onto I-459 S toward Montgomery/Tuscaloosa. Continue south for 4.1 miles. 

• Once you reach exit 15, use the right two lanes to take the exit and merge onto I-65 N toward Birmingham. Continue for 2 miles. 

• After you reach exit 252, use the right lane to merge onto US-31 N. Continue north until you reach Vestavia Pkwy.

• After reaching Vestavia Pkwy, turn right and continue past the Birmingham School of Music and 601 Centerview Dr. Take the next left, then turn right into the parking lot of The Walker Building. Our office is located in Suite 406!

Let’s say you are traveling from the west, near Bessemer, AL: 

• Get onto AL-150 E/14th St and continue southeast until you reach Morgan Rd.

• After reaching Morgan Rd, turn right and continue for 3.6 miles. You should travel through Hopewell and past Bessemer Fire Station No. 3. 

• After you reach the exit for I-459 N, turn left onto I-459 N toward Montgomery/Atlanta.

• Merge onto I-459 N and continue for 8.1 miles; you should pass the Riverchase Galleria and Woodmeadows.

• After reaching exit 15, use the right 2 lanes to take the exit and merge onto I-65 N toward Birmingham. Continue for 2.2 miles. 

• After you reach exit 252, use the right lane to merge onto US-31 N. Continue north until you reach Vestavia Pkwy.

• After reaching Vestavia Pkwy, turn right and continue past the Birmingham School of Music and 601 Centerview Dr. Take the next left, then turn right into the parking lot of The Walker Building. Our office is located in Suite 406!
